We study frontier problems in condensed matter physics—such as superconductivity, quantum magnetism, and ultracold atomic systems—using the principles of quantum mechanics and statistical physics. By combining theoretical analysis with large-scale computational simulations, we seek to uncover the emergent behavior of quantum many-body systems and to clarify how unique structures, including quasicrystals and hyperuniform systems, shape the physical properties of materials.
